Benjamin Eisele - Owner

General contractor, home inspector, born 1970 in Woodland California, and growing up in Davis, I have spent the majority of my life in the Sacramento Valley. After graduating from Chico State in 1995, I went to work for family in the remodel/custom construction business, and then later in inside sales for Meeks Lumber.  While at the lumber yard I received continuous building product training and earned many certificates for my building material knowledge, but yet didn’t feel like I know enough about the construction industry.  In August of 2000, I started my career as a construction manager, building new production homes all around the Sacramento area.  Yet still not satisfied with my knowledge level of the construction industry, I went back to school while working, and in 2004 received a certificate in Construction Management from UC Davis. 

My career as a construction manager for a production home builder lasted over 7 years, during that time I have built from raw land to a finished product, over 500 homes of all different shapes, sizes, and buyer levels.  Through my previous employer I received a lot of continuous training in new building products and installation procedures.  I also received an immensely detailed training in how to do a quality home inspection.

In the summer of 2007 I got my contractors license and formed Bridgeway Builders, and a few months later that fall I once again went back to school and received an ITA certificate in Home Inspection from Kaplan Professional Schools.  Fall 2007 Bridgeway Property Inspection was born. Since then I have been building and inspecting many projects and/or homes throughout the Sacramento valley.
